Returns / Exchange Policy

Please carefully read through this returns policy, as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our website.
You must follow the wash and care instructions of your products to get the maximum lifetime use from them.
Change of mind returns or exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sanitary products including menstruation cups, period underwear, period swimwear or sale and clearance items due to selection error or change of mind. This is because House Of She upholds strict hygiene standards and we cannot resell sanitary products that have been handled by customers in any way.
All other change of mind returns or exchanges will be accepted and a refund, credit or replacement will be arranged (for the amount you paid for your item) on the basis that ALL of the following criteria has been met;

Items are returned to HOS within 10 business days of purchase.

In their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, sealed).

Intact with the original tags attached, unopened with undamaged packaging.

Accompanied with proof of purchase from HOS (including order number & purchase date)
Please note that shipping costs are NOT eligible for credit or refund for changes of mind or exchanges and you will need to pay for the postage to return your item back to us (we recommend you use a ‘tracked’ postage service for this, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels).

Faulty goods
Should you find your product is faulty and not fit for purpose, please contact us at hello@houseofshe.co.nz within 10 business days of purchase. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, along with a description of the fault. Where possible please include a photograph showing the fault/issue and we will contact you to help resolve the issue and advise you about a refund, replacement, or credit for your purchase. We will cover the cost of any shipping to replace products which are faulty or not fit for purpose.

Damaged Goods
HOS takes pride in sending your items well wrapped to avoid damage during transit, we therefore do not accept any liability for items damaged by couriers or delivery services.
Gift Cards or Vouchers
No refunds will be provided for gift card purchases.
